Scrambled Eggs

Why don’t I ever have scrambled eggs?
I asked aloud to no one.

I have poached and fried occasionally,
but I love scrambled.

You have to be very slow and low
to make them well, otherwise rubber.

Almost have to let them be wet.
It is the moment just before

they are ready,
they are ready.
